Balance & Potential is excited to say that we are Now Hiring an additional DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Psychotherapist. We also provide other therapies.
Balance & Potential offers both in-person and telehealth psychotherapy sessions. Our therapists work either from our office in Alpharetta, Georgia or their own home offices.
We are now interviewing:
1. DBT Psychotherapists
Work is available for licensed or associate-licensed clinicians (MA, MS, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LAPC, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) to join our group practice. Clinicians may treat any age individuals or groups, families or couples. Therapists set their own schedule. We have an Intensively-Trained DBT psychologist (Kirsten Moore, Psy.D.) on our DBT Consultation Team. Team membership, supervision and mentorship are available if needed.
Our administrative staff answers phone calls, schedules, and collects payments. We use well-integrated support systems for therapy notes and signing documents electronically online. Therapists set their own schedules and rates and are not bound by insurance contracts. Our furnished office includes a full kitchen, bathroom, outdoor gazebos and sidewalks.

A Child psychotherapist is wanted to join our team. Supervision is available if needed. Enthusiasm for treating children of any age and communicating well with parents is necessary. Experience with any treatment modalities are welcome. Job responsibilities include conducting intakes and follow up psychotherapy appointments.
